Ack! I nearly forgot to write my blog!

How did that happen????

Yes…

Facebook.

It eats up your time.

But, to my credit, I’ve really not been on it all that much. I’ve been busy painting and learning.

I’m now three weeks into my 9-month Intentional Creativity Color of Woman certification program and finally coming out of the Fog of Overwhelm.

Three intense weeks…

and several more weeks to come.

Already, I’ve learned some wonderful tools and you know what? They work! I’m reaping the benefits of the program’s structure. You have to take the workshops you’re learning to teach so you can teach them.  Makes sense, right?

I’ve shifted so much stuff…old belief systems that no longer serve me… gardening my brain, turning my soil (thoughts), weeding out the gunk and using the fertilizer (old stuff..i.e. shit) so the seeds I’m planting are well fed and watered.

And did I mention that it’s fun? I mean, it’s hard at first…thoughts that don’t want to be found sure are sneaky. You have to wrangle them. But once you figure out their hide-y holes, you can poke around at your leisure…bring a few to light to heal and transform…with pretty colors, sprinkles and fun…until

Shifts happen!

I’m looking forward to this week. I’ll be flying down to Healdsburg, CA to partake in some in-person schoolings, where I’ll meet my instructors and fellow students in the flesh.
