It is raining today, and not the warm summer-kind-of-rain, although it’s not really cold, either. But it’s one of those rains that foretells of sweaters and fire sides and wool socks and hearty soups.
The cats are a tad annoyed. They wanted to go prowling today. I’m sure they will have their opportunities during Indian Summer.
It’s the Harvest Moon. Just became full a couple of days ago, and I’ve been thinking about all that I’ve reaped this year. A bountiful year of creating and exploring new ways of sharing what I know with my peeps.
I’m giving thanks.
It all began this time last year when I felt compelled to pick up a paint brush (first time in 3 years ) and paint along with Shiloh Sophia and Amber Bonnici’s online exploration of what your legacy might be.
Something sparked in me and I began a year-long Oddessy…a quest if you will…where…like a quest, I’ve had challenges and setbacks but always the siren call of my heart to keep going on….to claim what I know to be mine and to bring it home.
And now, if Spirit is willing, I, too, will be teaching or, rather, guiding, online and in person explorations into different realms of thought.
I’m excited and I’m being brave because it’s the beginning of a new spiral of my life.
I close now with my most recent painting, entitled, Bringing It Home, cuz that’s where I am: I’ve got what’s mine and I’m coming home.
Have a great week, peeps! I trust your harvest is just as bountiful.
Oh! Oh! I almost forgot! Chaos Tamed, Book Three of the Entean Saga is coming out October 15. That’s SOON!
It’s been A YEAR?!?!? Good lord. I would have sworn you started with them only about 5-6 months .

It’s been about a year since I painted that first painting (after 3 years of not painting at all.) I began the Certification program in March or April. Do you remember that? How puzzled I was that I went to bed one night and woke up without any desire to lift a brush?
