In March I shared with you a technique I learned from my beloved Soul Memory Discovery teacher, Ellen Kaufman Dosick, I nicknamed the Firehose of Love. (Here’s the link to that blog so you can refresh your memory if you so chose to do so: Fire Hose of Love)
Today I want to share with you how powerful that technique is and how you can use it.
I’ve had some bumpy couple of days when it comes to my tele-summit’s launch.
You see, the whole reason for me for doing this launch (and spending tons of $$) was two fold: a) to get as many people as possible to hear this valuable information that was shared by the 26+ experts and b) to get as many people as possible to hear about me and what I can offer to their quality of life when they work with me and gear up for love.
On both accounts I was failing miserably. My experts weren’t promoting as was the agreement. My coach warned me that I would definitely wind up in the red when the dust settles (although I’d have a lot of experience under my belt and the next event would yield ten times more positive outcome.) I reached out to friends and asked them to share and few did (maybe 3 or 4?) I created an Instagram campaign that my VA was supposed to have launched last week and still hasn’t happened.
The list goes on and on.
I felt crushed and beaten.
And so, after I cried a little bit, whined to Mr. Al, and tried to patch up my morale on my own, I went running to my Mom. She’s not my biological mom. That mom has passed away. No, this is my dear, dear friend, my Spiritual Mom, whom I adore and who always has time for me, and is ripe with knowledge and wisdom. And the most amazing thing about her is that she treats me as an equal. There are times I am her Mom. Our love for each other is that deep and that rewarding.
I am so very blessed.
So my Spiritual Mom, after saying all the right and soothing words and encouraged me to stand up for my tele summit and listen to my coach, etc., told me that she would blast me with the Firehose of Love. And she did. All day.
Oh my goodness! I got drenched in Love. I was dripping with Love. It allowed me to burst forth with joy despite everything that was happening. It allowed me to love, welcome and nurture those who had signed up for the event. It allowed me to respectfully ask my experts to own up to their part of the bargain. It allowed me to deepen my relationship with said experts–deepen my relationship with all those involved for that matter. And it allowed me to both see and own the mistakes I had made so I can learn and apply my new found wisdom.
And the outcome? As we speak, I’ve twice as many participants as I had before I was blasted with that Love shower. And more are signing up continually. My inbox is pinging every 5 minutes with more wonderful souls I can love, nurture and support.
So why am I sharing this with you?
Because I want to show you the power of LOVE, the power of prayer…prayer not for specific things, but just showering those in need with LOVE which then re-sources and enables those in need to find their own path though the mire they had created.
When a person is RE-SOURCED, they can figure it out themselves.
It’s not our job to fix.
It’s our job to love.
And it’s Never EVER Too Late For Love (See what I did there? I just linked you to the home page of my event should you like to grab a spot and play with me and all the peeps who have already gotten theirs. It begins on TUESDAY!!)
I leave you now with some pictures from a beautiful day earlier in the week. It was so beautiful, I ran out into it and lay in the lawn, feeling Mother Earth beneath and Father Sky above. Me in the middle loving both. Me in the middle who slowly realized the back of her shirt and her pants were drenched because the ground was still wet.
Have a great week, peeps!
This is just so beautiful! And this is the best part:
It’s not our job to fix. It’s our job to love.
What a radical and important message these days, and healing for everyone involved, including ourselves.
