Christmas Eve sunset…all is calm…all is bright….
Followed by Christmas morning
Isn’t this a pretty package? I had to take a picture of it before I ripped it to shreds to get to what was inside.
I’m still very full from Mr. Al’s and my Christmas meal.
(Pip and Blur wondering why I’m not writing.)
That’s the problem when it’s just the two of you. You still cook enough for a family of ten. And…since it’s so good, you eat like you are eating for ten.
No wonder we’ve been watching clothes shrink and tighten upon our persons.
Talk about roly poly.
Santa ain’t got nothin’ on us.
But there’s a mountain close by who is blanketed with snow, and we’ve got snow shoes that really want some exercise.
So who knows? We may be hungry again by New Year’s Eve.
Speaking of which, the next time we share a cup of Sunday Morning Coffee together, it will be 2016.
Happy New Year to you! May 2016 be filled with happy adventures and delightful surprises for us all.
I leave you with the Christmas Full moon, shot through a spray of raindrops. A magic moment.
Have a great week, peeps!
Oh, and before I go…here’s one of my Christmas Gifts: A great review from the MidWest Book Review:
An impressive series, judging by the first two volumes. Author C. B. Williams clearly demonstrates impressive storytelling talent, and is a true master of the science fiction genre. Very highly recommended, “Champion of Entean: Episode One of the Entean Saga” and “Brightness Calling: Episode Two of the Entean Saga” will leave eager and highly entertained readers looking forward to more of Eloch’s far flung adventures in service to Entean.
Lovely pix! Expectant kitties are especially cute.
