Aloha!
It’s been a week of activities and very little photos.
I’m in that mood where you really don’t want to write about it and photo about it.
You just want to BE about it.
I’m in a state of metamorphosis.
So…not much to show for the stuff we’ve done.
Mr. Al, myself and Friend Anni were just here, on this blessed Big Island, eight months ago. The weather is different now. Hotter. Muggier. The water is lovely! So warm and inviting. Not so wintery. Went snorkeling at Puako Beach 69.
Soft, soft sand. I didn’t even wear fins cuz I just wanted to feel all that lovely water and that soft sand. A sweet green turtle kept us company as we enjoyed the fish, the coral and the blue waters.
Went to the top of Mauna Kea. Again, so different than from before. No 50 mph winds and crazy wind chills. No spectacular sunset. No telescoping; peering at celestials. This time, mists and shrouds. Mysteries and goddesses.
I leave you with a few pictures from Mauna Kea. She inspired a lot of the landscapes I wrote about in Brighness Calling.

Have a great week, peeps! We shall see what next week brings.
